Syed Muhammad in wabba Word Championship 2004 India

World Championship by Wabba 2004 was held in India (Bangalor) on 27th of november 2004. Near about 35 countries took part in this mega event. Syed Muhammad represented Pakistani team got brownz medal in his category medium tall. It was his first time he participated world wide event. He has n,t Prepared well for this contest becouse this event held immediatly after the Holly month of Ramadan in which due to fasting a muslim lose his most of lean mass of muscle.

Health by definition is the complete physical,mental and social well-being.In the past health has been defined as the absence of disease.Health promotion enables people the ability and resources to improve and controle thier overall health.Being able to adjust and adapt to various social and physical environments in day-to-day activities is a trait of a health individual.Health promotion is not just the resposibility of those individuals in the health field.
